PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks a Billing Center of Excellence Manager to drive financial strategy and profitability within our Finance team. You will lead strategic planning, analyze data, forecast trends, and mentor junior staff in a dynamic, global client environment.

This role emphasizes collaboration across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, integrity, and innovation in service delivery while maintaining high professional standards and information security practices.

Formación

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in Finance or Billing operations.
• Oral and written proficiency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
• Analyze financial data and forecast future trends to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing financial performance.
• Manage financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management processes to support informed business decisions.
• Coach and mentor team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes.
• Present financial reports and insights to stakeholders, fostering informed decision-making.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including adherence to the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
