A global financial technology company is seeking a Benefits Specialist for their LATAM team in Buenos Aires. This role focuses on managing benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regional regulations, and engaging with employees to communicate benefits effectively. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree related to HR or Finance, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The position offers opportunities to work in a dynamic team, contributing to various benefits initiatives across Latin America.

The Role: Benefits Specialist, LATAM
The Team: The Americas Benefits Team is responsible for various benefits initiatives across LATAM, Canada, and the US. The Benefits Team works closely with the People Team to ensure the company’s policies and benefits are best in class. This role is responsible for our benefits programs within LATAM and will also be involved in various benefit initiatives across the Americas. The Benefits Specialist will work with insurance companies and brokers for the LATAM region to ensure the company’s policies and benefits are consistent and equitable for all team members.
