Elev8 is seeking a Backlinks Analyst to own link building for a portfolio of clients. You will identify high-potential backlink opportunities, negotiate prices, and track live links within monthly budgets to support scalable campaigns.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of SEO concepts (on-page, keywords, content structure, internal linking).
• Comfort working with repetitive, execution-focused tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow process.
• Proven link building experience, ideally for an agency.
• Proof of results: examples of links you built and the impact they had.
• Strong English, written and spoken (C1).
• Very organized, with great follow-through.
• A strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage link building for 10 to 15 clients at a time.
• Research and find backlink opportunities that fit each client's niche, services and location.
• Choose sites that meet our criteria: domain authority 40–80, real organic traffic, US-focused, relevant to addiction and mental health treatment.
• Spot link farms and low quality sites and avoid them completely.
• Know when and how to disavow harmful links, and what to consider before doing it.
• Negotiate prices down and stay within each client's monthly budget.
• Keep tracking spreadsheets accurate: site, cost, status, live/indexed links.
• Work from action items, follow up until things are done, report progress clearly.

About the Job

As an Backlinks Analyst, you'll own link building for a portfolio of 10 to 15 clients. You find the right link opportunities for each client, get them at a fair price, and keep everything organized so we always know what we bought, what it cost and whether it's live.

You will not own strategy or client relationships. Your impact comes from doing the work well, consistently and precisely, so campaigns can scale.

What You'll Do

• Manage link building for 10 to 15 clients at a time.
• Research and find backlink opportunities that fit each client's niche, services and location.
• Choose sites that meet our criteria: domain authority between 40 and 80, real organic traffic, a mostly US audience, and relevance to addiction and mental health treatment.
• Spot link farms and low quality sites and avoid them completely.
• Know when and how to disavow harmful links, and what to consider before doing it.

• Keep our tracking spreadsheets accurate and up to date: site, cost, status, and whether each link is live and indexed.
