PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Backgroun- check Analyst to support regulatory compliance and risk management for a diverse client portfolio. You will analyze complex data, mentor teammates, and contribute to building strong internal controls in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with PwC's global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, applying ERM/GRC principles and developing commercial awareness while delivering high-quality service to clients.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience required.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Compare and validate CVs/resumes against candidate information.
• Detect potential fraud indicators in employment history and verification results.
• Identify inconsistencies, fabricated employers, suspicious domains, or unverifiable points of contact.
• Assist with assessing and triaging background screening flags and verification concerns.
• Implement risk management frameworks and standards to enhance internal controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to navigate regulatory requirements and provide risk solutions.
• Engage in crisis management and business continuity planning to minimize disruptions.
• Apply enterprise risk management principles to support organizational objectives.
• Understand responsible Information Management and Information Security practices.

As a Background Check Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organization’s operations and objectives, developing business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment.

You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and uphold professional standards. You will focus on building relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while learning how to manage and inspire others. What You Must Have
