Overview

In addition to providing Downstream services support, the more than 1000 professionals that work at BASSC provide expert information technology, human resources, finance, procurement, and solutions to Chevron partners around the globe. BASSC is the Buenos Aires Downstream Service Center, providing back office and customer service support to the North America (US and Canada) and Latin America Retail, Aviation, Commercial & Industrial, Lubricants and Chemicals businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Translate marketing requirements into ready to send content
  • Work with global marketing teams for imagery selection and provisioning
  • Primary operations liaison with marketing agencies
  • Deep alignment with Loyalty Program owner
  • Consume Campaign Analytics, consulting with Consumer Audience specialist on needs
  • Recommend offer & call-to-action strategies working with B2C Marketing Strategist, Marketing Optimization Specialist and Team Lead
  • Leverage as-is journey & create simple single channel journeys
  • Ensure KPI’s are in place including tagging assets to facilitate tracking
  • Verify and validate performance campaign success using defined metrics
  • Develop and/or populate key campaign templates working with campaign designer
  • Report ongoing campaign results to key stakeholders as required
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns
  • Leverage as-is Journey & create simple single channel journeys
  • Verify and validate performance campaign success, using defined metrics working with analytics specialist
  • Develop and/or populate key campaign templates (DRB) working with campaign designer
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or other relevant fields
  • Advanced oral and written English communication with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 2-4 years of marketing operations experience
  • Knowledge of working in a global organization
  • Familiar with marketing automation technology (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot)
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Experience with execution of B2C campaigns
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • A good understanding of current marketing trends
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with business partners
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification
