Werben HR is seeking a Backend Engineer specialized in Azure Integration and Workflow Orchestration to design and develop serverless and integration solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management to build scalable, event-driven architectures.

The role requires strong expertise in Azure services, iPaaS, and API design, with a hybrid work model (1–2 days per week at Parque Patricios) and English-language interviews.

Job Description

We are looking for a Backend Engineer specialized in Azure Integration and Workflow Orchestration, with strong hands-on experience designing and developing serverless and integration solutions using Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management, with the ability to build scalable, resilient, and event-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Requirements

• Deep experience building solutions using core Serverless and Azure Integration technologies, including Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps for event-driven systems.
• Proficiency with Azure Functions, including:
  • Hands-on development of serverless computing solutions.
  • Working with HTTP, Timer, Queue, and Event Grid triggers.
  • Working with bindings.
  • Designing and implementing function apps.
  • Understanding and applying scaling strategies.
  • Local development using Azure Functions Core Tools.
• Mastery of Azure Logic Apps, including:
  • Extensive experience with iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service).
  • Building workflows through the visual designer.
  • Leveraging pre-built connectors.
  • Integrating diverse applications and data sources.
  • Managing JSON schema definitions for triggers.
  • Configuring retry policies.
• Strong ability to connect serverless components using:
  • Azure Service Bus for message queuing.
  • Azure Event Grid for event routing.
• Experience building resilient and decoupled architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Azure API Management, including:
  • Designing APIs.
  • Publishing APIs.
  • Securing APIs.
  • Working particularly with APIs backed by serverless backend services.

Work Modality

Hybrid – 1 or 2 days per week at our offices in Parque Patricios.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Language Requirement

Advanced English is mandatory, as all technical interviews will be conducted in English.
