Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Azure & Databricks Platform Support Engineer to manage, monitor, and optimize enterprise data platforms built on Azure and Databricks. The role emphasizes reliability, performance, security, and operational excellence for data pipelines and analytics workloads.

• 3+ years of Data Platform experience.
• Experience supporting Azure Databricks and Azure data services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with customers.
• Excellent troubleshooting and incident management.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and support Azure Databricks workspaces, clusters, jobs, and Delta Lake environments.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Azure Data Platform services (ADF, Synapse, ADLS, Key Vault, DevOps).
• Troubleshoot production incidents, job failures, and data pipeline issues.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability using Azure tools.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve data integration issues and create runbooks.
