Azure Data Integration Specialist

Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, is looking for a highly skilled data integration professional to support a strategic initiative focused on rebuilding complex Informatica PowerCenter pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF). This role requires deep expertise in ADF pipeline orchestration and dataflow transformations, with the ability to translate legacy ETL logic into scalable, cloud‑native solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Redesign and rebuild complex Informatica PowerCenter pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and ADF pipeline orchestration.
• Translate legacy ETL logic into cloud‑native, scalable, and maintainable ADF pipelines and dataflows.
• Design, develop, and manage data integration pipelines, ensuring data quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements, align data solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
• Own and drive the end‑to‑end data integration lifecycle, from design to production and support.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Azure, with a focus on ADF, and deep experience with ADF pipeline orchestration and dataflow transformations.
• Experience designing and managing complex data workflows in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and related services.
• Entry‑level familiarity with Informatica PowerCenter and Managed File Transfer (MFT).
• Excellent analytical mindset, proactive problem‑solving skills, and a willingness to ask questions and challenge assumptions.
• Familiarity with Python or PySpark is a plus.
