Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Obsession: Deliver exceptional outcomes for a highly demanding strategic customer, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Strategic Vision: Create and deploy sales strategies grounded in solid technology foundations aligned with customer transformation goals.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define priorities and drive strategic alignment.
  • Revenue Excellence: Drive revenue growth, achieve KPIs, and meet or exceed quarterly targets while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Hire and develop the best, building a high‑performing team capable of executing complex enterprise engagements.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience.
  • Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates advanced English proficiency for effective communication in technical and business contexts.
  • Solid technical foundation to engage credibly with technical stakeholders.
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
