EPAM Systems seeks an Infrastructure Architect focused on automation-first architecture, design, and delivery for secure, scalable hybrid environments across Windows, Citrix, and cloud platforms. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, implement Infrastructure as Code and monitoring, and ensure smooth operational handoffs.

7+ years infra engineering in Windows environments and 7+ years cloud experience (AWS/Azure) are required, with hands-on IAM, leadership, and PowerShell

• 7+ years infrastructure engineering experience in Windows-based enterprise environments.
• 7+ years cloud engineering experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure in hybrid environments.
• Hands-on IAM experience with AWS IAM and enterprise identity platforms.
• Proven leadership and mentoring for IaC adoption.
• Strong project delivery skills coordinating security, network, app dev, and service desk teams.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Strong Citrix Cloud skills for Citrix services and VDI workloads.
• Solid Active Directory Domain Services skills and policy integration.
• Security and compliance knowledge for practical engineering controls.

Responsabilidades

• Design hybrid infrastructure architectures prioritizing automation and zero-trust.
• Build scalable Windows, Citrix, and cloud environments using best practices.
• Engineer and administer large-scale hybrid services including IAM.
• Develop automation and IaC patterns with PowerShell and tooling.
• Integrate security and privacy requirements into engineering controls.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity partners on threat management and DLP.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and reporting for uptime and capacity.
• Drive IaC adoption with standards and mentorship.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups to deliver solutions.
• Prepare handoff documentation and transition activities to operations.
