DEPT® is a Growth Invention company helping ambitious brands grow faster. The Associate, Paid Social, based in Buenos Aires or Mar del Plata, will build and launch paid social campaigns, manage tasks and optimizations, traffic assets, and produce performance reports while supporting testing initiatives.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, translate data into actionable insights, and communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.

Formación

• 1+ years paid social experience with Meta Ads mandatory.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.

THE ROLE:

As an Associate, Paid Social, your primary function will be to provide essential production support for your account team. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building and launching paid social campaigns, implementing account tasks and optimizations, trafficking creative assets, running and formatting performance reports, and supporting ongoing testing initiatives. You will also participate in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations, taking detailed notes and assisting with follow-ups.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Implement Paid Social campaigns by assembling plans and objectives, creating schedules, organizing, reporting data, and tracking progress
• Collect, analyze, and process large amounts of data
• Manage your workflow to ensure timely delivery on projects
• Craft clear and compelling internal and external communications
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across internal channels to meet the needs of the team and clients
• Maintain a working knowledge of Paid Social channels such as Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and Snapchat
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and making recommendations for optimization

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 1+ years of paid social experience (Meta Ads a must, TikTok and Snapchat a bonus) and be comfortable with topics such as budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology
• Desire to quickly learn and master social channels
• Proven prior work experience in a production-oriented or similar role
• Strong analytical and reporting skills and be proficient in Excel; you already know vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, text to columns, and love working with numbers
• High level of independence, curiosity and desire to grow your responsibilities and skill set

TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:

• You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role
• This opening requires you to be open to work approximately once a week from one of our offices located in Villa Crespo or Mar del Plata
