High Scale is seeking an Associate Editor to lead end-to-end video edits for broadcast-quality ads across TV and social platforms. You will craft engaging stories from raw footage, deciding pacing, music, and sound design to maximize emotion and action.

You will refine color, design motion graphics with After Effects, and ensure brand consistency while collaborating with Art Directors and Producers to integrate feedback and improve timelines.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in video editing, agency or production house.
• Strong English proficiency is required.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve for color grading.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end editing from briefs and raw footage to finished ads.
• Elevate visual polish with color correction and motion graphics (text overlays, logo builds, lower thirds).
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Producers to integrate feedback and mentor junior editors.
