Syneos Health is seeking an Associate Director, FSP 360 to lead day-to-day quality liaison activities in partnership with Corporate Quality. This role helps ensure compliant, inspection-ready delivery across FSP 360 programs in our Clinical Solutions team.

You will engage with customers on quality assurance strategies, oversee monitoring activities, governance materials, and audit readiness, coordinating with diverse stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day quality liaison support for FSP 360 customers in partnership with Corporate Quality.
• Support customer engagements with strategic and tactical discussions on quality assurance strategies, trends and needs
• Assist with Monitoring Quality Oversight activities, including tracking quality signals, documenting findings, and supporting follow-up actions. Potential onsite oversight visits required.
• Support FSP360 Quality Governance activities, including preparation of materials, maintenance of trackers, facilitation of routine meetings, and follow-through on agreed actions.
• Support audit and inspection readiness and customer facing response process and activities including collection of documentation, coordination of stakeholders, and tracking of actions or responses.

• Partner with operational teams to reinforce compliance with applicable procedures, standards, and quality expectations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support implementation of new or revised quality procedures and tools.
