Job summary

AgileEngine is looking for a mobile test automation engineer to join our remote team. You will automate our regression suite across iOS and Android, expanding coverage beyond ~150 manual tests and replacing them with reliable automated tests.

Based in Argentina (Rosario area), you will work 9:00–13:00 EST, collaborating with engineers and QA to prioritize tasks and deliver tests that keep apps stable for Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with mobile test automation.
• Experience with Kotlin is preferred.
• Familiar with Firebase & Test Lab.
• Familiar with UiAutomator and Robolectric.
• Availability for 9 am–1 pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Automate our existing regression testing suite that currently lives in Test Rails (~150 manual tests). Once that is complete, the next objective will be to expand the automated tests to improve coverage.
• Build and maintain automated tests for current features across iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on ensuring they replace manual regression tests and cover critical functionalities.
• Prioritize automated testing tasks, excluding responsibilities related to new feature development.
