Distillery is seeking a skilled SemiSenior Android Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of mobile applications. You will build modern UIs using Jetpack Compose and Kotlin, while applying clean architecture to deliver scalable solutions, owning features end-to-end from implementation to CI/CD integration.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, write unit tests, and ensure code quality using ktlint, Detekt, and SonarQube.

Formación

• Proficiency in Kotlin with coroutines and Flow.
• Experience building UIs with Jetpack Compose.
• Strong knowledge of MVVM and/or MVI patterns.
• Experience with Clean Architecture in multi-module apps.
• Dagger/Hilt for DI.
• Experience integrating REST APIs with Retrofit/OkHttp.
• Unit testing with JUnit and MockK.
• Familiar with static analysis tools: ktlint, Detekt, SonarQube; Jacoco for coverage.
• Experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI or Bitrise).
• Ability to work autonomously on end-to-end tasks.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor).

Responsabilidades

• Develop native Android apps in Kotlin using coroutines and Flow.
• Build declarative UIs with Jetpack Compose.
• Apply MVVM/MVI and Clean Architecture in multi-module projects.
• Manage Dagger/Hilt DI across the app.
• Integrate REST APIs via Retrofit/OkHttp with JSON parsing.
• Write unit tests with JUnit and MockK.
• Use ktlint, Detekt, SonarQube for code quality; Jacoco for coverage.
• Profile performance and memory; optimize where needed.
• Maintain Git workflows and Gradle multi-module builds.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/Bitrise).
• Tackle end-to-end technical challenges independently.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to speed development and testing.
