Svitla Systems, Inc. is seeking an Analytics Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will bridge data engineering and analytics teams, ensuring accurate ingestion, quality checks, and reporting-ready structures across multiple client datasets.

Responsibilities include data ingestion, QA, data modeling in Databricks, and stakeholder coordination. Strong SQL/Python and BI basics are required; healthcare analytics experience is a plus.

Formación

  • 3-6 years of relevant analytics experience.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills in a Databricks environment.
  • Experience with ETL tools and data manipulation.
  • Collaboration with Data Engineering on sources and refresh logic.
  • Analytical and problem-solving for data storage structures.
  • Experience reviewing KPI definitions and QA outputs.
  • Basic BI skills: Tableau/Power BI, data modeling and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
  • Translate BI outputs into executive-ready insights.

Responsabilidades

  • Data Ingestion & Source Management: Coordinate onboarding of new client data sources and feeds.
  • Data Ingestion & Source Management: Partner with Data Engineering to ingest data into Databricks.
  • Data Ingestion & Source Management: Monitor data delivery schedules and ingestion processes.
  • Data Ingestion & Source Management: Maintain source documentation, field mappings, and data inventories.
  • Data Ingestion & Source Management: Resolve source-related issues with internal teams and partners.
  • Data Quality & Stewardship: Monitor data freshness, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Data Quality & Stewardship: Perform ongoing QA and reconciliation checks.
  • Data Quality & Stewardship: Investigate missing or inconsistent data.
  • Data Quality & Stewardship: Escalate remediation efforts with appropriate teams.
  • Data Quality & Stewardship: Maintain documentation of data quality findings and resolutions.
  • Data Quality & Stewardship: Support automated data quality checks and monitoring processes.
  • Data Modeling: Develop and maintain client-specific tables and views in Databricks based on a medallion architecture.
  • Data Modeling: Transform and standardize data from multiple sources into reporting-ready structures.
  • Data Modeling: Solve problems and help build solutions related to the data model to meet evolving reporting and analysis needs.
  • Data Modeling: Document business rules, transformation logic, and metric definitions.
  • Data Modeling: Support maintenance of reusable reporting datasets and standardized data models.
  • Stakeholder Support: Act as the primary point of contact for routine data-related questions.
  • Stakeholder Support: Partner with Client Services, Media, Strategy, and Data teams to align on data outputs and expectations.
  • Stakeholder Support: Work with analysts and measurement leads to understand reporting requirements.
  • Stakeholder Support: Communicate data issues, impacts, and resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Support: Assist with troubleshooting data discrepancies impacting reporting deliverables.

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an Analytics Engineer for a full-time on-site position (40 hours per week) in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Our client is a global healthcare communications network.

The Business Insights Engineer I serves as a key member of the Measurement Enablement team, ensuring client data is accurate, up to date, and ready for reporting and analysis. This role bridges the gap between data engineering, analytics teams, and client stakeholders by managing data ingestion processes, validating data quality, maintaining reporting-ready data structures, and resolving issues throughout the data lifecycle. The perfect candidate enjoys investigating data questions, identifying root causes of data discrepancies, improving data quality, and working across multiple teams to ensure reliable data powers business decisions.

Requirements
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills, in a Databricks environment preferrable
  • Experience using ETL tools and data manipulation concepts (Funnel.io, DBT, or similar applications).
  • Comfort partnering with Data Engineering on data sources, schemas, and refresh logic.
  • Deep analytical and problem-solving skills related to data storage and structure for reporting
  • Experience reviewing data logic, KPI definitions, and QA outputs.
  • Basic BI (Tableau, Power BI) skills including data modeling, dashboard structure, calculated fields, usability, data storytelling
  • Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex BI outputs into clear, executive-ready insights.
Will be a plus
  • Experience with Pharma, HCP, or healthcare media analytics.
  • Digital media measurement expertise (media KPIs, attribution concepts, omnichannel analysis).
  • Experience inheriting or stabilizing existing data warehouse schemas.
Responsibilities
Data Ingestion & Source Management
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new client data sources and data feeds.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to ensure successful ingestion of data into Databricks.
  • Monitor data delivery schedules and ingestion processes.
  • Maintain source documentation, field mappings, and data inventories.
  • Work directly with internal teams and external partners to resolve source-related issues.
Data Quality & Stewardship
  • Monitor data freshness, completeness, and accuracy across client datasets.
  • Perform ongoing quality assurance and reconciliation checks.
  • Investigate missing, unexpected, or inconsistent data.
  • Escalate, coordinate and resolve remediation efforts with the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain documentation of data quality findings and resolutions.
  • Support the development of automated data quality checks and monitoring processes.
Data Modeling
  • Develop and maintain client-specific standard, custom, and master tables and reporting views within Databricks based on a medallion architecture.
  • Assist with transforming and standardizing data from multiple sources into reporting-ready structures.
  • Solve problems and help build solutions related to the data model to meet evolving reporting and analysis needs.
  • Document business rules, transformation logic, and metric definitions.
  • Support maintenance of reusable reporting datasets and standardized data models.
Stakeholder Support
