How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Analyst, Marketing Operations will leverage expertise in end-to-end messaging channel solutions to enable marketer strategies. You will be accountable for the entire process from solution design and build to deployment while ensuring a clear understanding of the impact of your solutions. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality user experience through rigorous quality assurance and collaborative peer feedback. In this position, you will play a key role in driving user engagement improvements by fine-tuning messaging relevance for distinct audience cohorts.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and deploy messaging solutions aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with growth marketing teams to plan and execute lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Perform post-campaign analysis to assess performance and identify retention opportunities.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of work experience in marketing operations, analytics, or equivalent applied roles.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics, or advanced student in these fields.
  • Active certifications in messaging platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Experience Manager (is a plus).
  • Understanding of messaging best practices (email, push, in-app).
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience working in agile teams.
  • Possessing a high bar for quality, and ability to readily spot potential bugs.
  • Superb writing skills to utilize for documentation, solution design and insights.
  • Effective communication skills with globally diverse cultures.
  • Curious and analytic mindset, striving to build expertise.
  • Ability to be on-call when business critical launches occur.
