Natura is seeking a forecasting leader for Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. You will drive the end-to-end forecasting process, linking corporate reporting to local planning and guiding cross-functional teams to align on targets based on robust analytics.

The role demands advanced Excel skills and a proven ability to present executive analyses. It is a temporary cover position, intended to support strategic planning across the region.

Qualifications

• Lead and execute the company-wide forecasting process for Argentina, Chile and Uruguay, from corporate reporting to short- and mid-term projections for local planning.

Responsabilités

• The role is highly strategic and cross-functional, acting as the hub to align and challenge plans across departments to ensure a solid analytical and commercial rationale.

What will you be doing here?

Liderar y ejecutar el proceso integral de proyecciones (forecasting) de la compañía para Argentina, Chile y Uruguay, abarcando desde el reporte oficial corporativo hasta las proyecciones de corto y mediano plazo esenciales para el planeamiento local. El rol tiene un carácter altamente estratégico y transversal. En cada instancia de planeamiento, su propósito es actuar como nexo con las distintas áreas, direccionándolas y desafiando los planes propuestos para garantizar que exista un racional analítico y comercial sólido que asegure el cumplimiento de los indicadores clave del negocio. Para ello, se requiere un manejo avanzado de Excel y sólidas habilidades de análisis, comunicación y elaboración de presentaciones ejecutivas.
