Qualifications

• 2+ years in product control or a closely related finance role.
• Experience producing and explaining P&L and supporting month-end close processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to present financial drivers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily P&L and balance sheet reporting for assigned products and trading desks.
• Produce, consolidate and analyze daily, monthly and annual P&L results and related metrics.
• Explain P&L movements through variance analysis and clear commentary for stakeholders.
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and control checks.
• Partner with trading, business management, and Finance teams to deliver timely reporting.
• Coordinate with front and back office to resolve breaks and control issues.
• Identify control gaps and implement reporting/process enhancements.
• Handle ad hoc analysis requests with prioritization and attention to detail.
