Job summary
Overseas is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist for a remote, worldwide project focusing on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and AI workflow improvement. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training, with prior paid experience in human-data work required.
Work will involve using tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance to critique and annotate
Qualifications
- Experience in graphic design, video editing, or related creative fields.
- Paid experience in AI human-data work is required.
- Familiarity with the listed design tools and workflows is expected.
- Ability to work remotely and meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
- Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
- Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
- Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
- Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
- Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
- Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
