As an AI Software Project Manager at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of managing software development projects and collaborating with a team of talented Project Managers and technical staff. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Who You Are

Responsibilities

• Management of software development projects.
• Participation in projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Scrumban.
• Collaboration with a team of 5 Project Managers and several technical staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in software project management. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban).
• Preferably previous technical experience in software development.
• Knowledge of architecture, design, and microservices (preferred).
• Scrum Master certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Technologies and Skills: Software development methodologies. Experience with database mapping and relationships (preferred).
