Job summary

Outlier is seeking experienced QA Coders to review AI-generated code and rate model responses across key dimensions. Work remotely from Latin America or other eligible regions with flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates have a CS degree, production-grade software experience, and excellent English communication. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with competitive hourly pay and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail in grammar, punctuation and style.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code: read code produced by AI models and flag errors or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models and push coding capabilities.
