AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and cloud data platform familiarity (Snowflake/SAP HANA).
You will partner with stakeholders, design end-to-end reports, translate requirements into data models, and support data onboarding in an Agile, distributed environment with remote collaboration.

The mandatory requirements are 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX, strong SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms and SAP-based source systems, along with an upper-intermediate English level.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
- Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
- Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
- Support the onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
- Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
- Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
