Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 4+ years of applied experience.
• Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficient in one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Experience using enterprise AI-assisted software development tools and evaluating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and secure handling.

Responsabilités

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches.
• Uses AI-assisted tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, validated by peer review and testing.
• Partners with stakeholders to identify solutions meeting needs.
• Design, develop, and execute testing scenarios covering business functions.
• Triage and analyze failures in complex multi-system environments.
• Develop automation frameworks for functional and performance testing of API services.
• Work with product management, business analysts, and development resources throughout delivery.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, support, and other software engineering teams.
