Nufarm Seed Technologies seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of grain, oilseed, meal, and vegetable oil products across the Grains & Oil Trade & Supply Chain. You’ll work with commercial teams, partners, carriers, and storage facilities to ensure efficient shipment execution and inventory control.

The role requires coordination, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving across multiple partners, with English required and Portuguese welcomed for communications.

Formación

• Experience in grain, oilseed, meal, or agricultural commodity logistics.
• Knowledge of trade execution and export documentation processes.
• Understanding of grain and oilseed supply chains, ideally within South America.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate shipments of grain, oilseed, meal, and related products across the supply chain.
• Support logistics planning and execution activities to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage relationships with processing partners and third-party service providers.
• Coordinate freight bookings and shipment documentation.
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, surveyors and storage facilities.
• Support inventory management and contract execution processes.
• Assist with grain quality assurance, traceability, and sustainability reporting requirements.
• Provide logistics support to customers, including shipment tracking and invoicing.
• Develop partnerships with transportation and storage providers to optimize flow.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and performance.
