Job summary

YouHodler is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer in Argentina to integrate AI-assisted coding agents across the product lifecycle. You will own frontend, backend, and mobile features, ensuring robust API design, scalable components, and high-quality production code.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience building and maintaining complex production applications.
• Experience delivering complete customer-facing features across frontend and backend.
• AI-assisted development is already part of your normal engineering workflow.
• Ability to review, understand, debug, and take responsibility for AI-generated code.
• Strong experience with React and preferably React Native.
• Experience building responsive interfaces and reusable components for web or mobile applications.
• Good understanding of frontend architecture, state management, performance, and UX.
• Experience with Node.js and NestJS on the backend.
• Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and TypeORM.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience working with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Understanding of architecture, performance, security, and maintainability across the full stack.
• Ability to learn new technologies when required.
• Attention to detail and responsibility for production quality.
• Good written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Use AI coding agents across the development lifecycle: discovery, planning, implementation, testing, review, and documentation.
• Provide agents with clear requirements, context, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
• Review and verify AI-generated changes before production.
• Develop full-stack features across backend, web, and mobile apps.
• Build and maintain APIs, business logic, data models, integrations, and UIs.
• Write maintainable code, tests, and documentation.
• Create scalable, reusable components for web and mobile.
• Handle real-time and high-throughput data with performance in mind.
• Troubleshoot production issues across the stack.
• Improve codebase, workflows, and AI-driven practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other developers.
• Own features from inception to deployment and monitoring.
