Power Digital Marketing’s Data Team builds the core data foundation, handling ingestion, modeling, and data marts that power agency operations, client analytics, and AI initiatives.

You will work end-to-end across platforms, integrating diverse data sources to produce reliable, AI-ready datasets and ensure data quality, scalability, and cost efficiency in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in data or analytics engineering.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for production data pipelines.
• Deep expertise with dbt, incremental strategies, tests, and macros.
• Experience with multi-tenant data modeling and cloud data stacks.
• Familiarity with AI-ready data models and CI/CD practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain the core data foundation (ingestion, modeling, data marts).
• Build ingestion that handles API changes, rate limits, and retroactive restatement of data.
• Model across sources to reconcile spend, impressions, conversions, and revenue.
• Contribute to client-bespoke modeling on top of the core layer.
• Build semantic layers and metrics for AI-generated SQL.
• Use AI-workingflows to accelerate development and document patterns.
• Collaborate with nova, AI/innovation, and client teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Monitor data quality and optimize pipelines for multi-client workloads.
