AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to design and maintain the knowledge graph and grounding context for an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will collaborate with SMEs to build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows across MCP, function calling, and RAG frameworks.

You will evaluate agent outputs, fix context gaps, and drive scalable, secure, and production-ready capabilities while aligning with security, privacy, and compliance teams.

Formación

• 6+ years development experience with hands-on Tech Lead
• Designed/owned end-to-end knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture
• Produced AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, enterprise search
• Distinguish wrong vs right retrieval in eval traces and prioritize fixes by business impact
• Experience administering or engineering enterprise SaaS, search, or AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT)
• Strong IAM, configuration, monitoring, and incident response capabilities
• Experience across multiple business functions and turning needs into checklists for unsupervised use
• Strong troubleshooting, technical writing, and stakeholder communication, leading through influence

Responsabilidades

• Design and improve the company context and knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses
• Review agent outputs and translate findings into a backlog of fixes
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally
• Collaborate with SMEs to design and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows
• Decide whether needs are best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-grounding
• Translate platform strategy into technical designs and production-ready capabilities
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and standards-aligned
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with source permissions
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for self-scope of AI use cases
• Empower functional groups to curate their own context via tooling and guidance
• Establish testing/evaluation practices for agent output quality and safety
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and other AI assistants
• Apply access-management, monitoring and change-control best practices; troubleshoot complex issues
• Implement controls for access, data retention, and sensitive-data handling with security teams
• Flag elevated connectors early for security review
• Maintain technical docs, runbooks and vendor coordination
• Maintain incident-response and service-continuity procedures
• Drive continuous platform reliability, search quality, and cost efficiency
