Morean seeks an AI Operations Specialist to support the implementation and adoption of AI, automation, and analytics across business operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Analytics to identify opportunities to reduce manual work, implement automation, improve reporting, and maximize the impact of AI tools and agents.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience with automation and low-code/no-code tools such as Zapier.
• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Ability to turn open-ended questions into structured analyses and actionable solutions.
• Understanding analytical frameworks like A/B testing, retention analysis, and KPI creation.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; identify data quality issues.
• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

At Morean, we're looking for an AI Operations Specialist to join our team and support the implementation and adoption of AI, automation, and analytics across business operations.

In this role, you'll work closely with Operations teams and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to identify opportunities to reduce manual work, implement automation solutions, improve reporting, and maximize the impact of AI tools and agents.

What You'll Do

• Manage the intake, evaluation, and implementation of automation and tooling requests from Operations teams using low-code/no-code platforms such as Zapier.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve existing processes and automation workflows.
• Develop and improve analytics dashboards to track AI agent performance across different systems.
• Consolidate metrics from different tools to improve reporting and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Drive internal adoption of AI agents by helping Operations teams understand, use, and get value from new tools.
• Train internal stakeholders on AI dashboards, metrics, and tools.
• Maintain clear documentation for automations and operational processes.
• Provide structured feedback to help align AI agent behavior with real business workflows.
• Experiment with LLM evaluation and monitoring tools to support human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Stay up to date with developments in Agentic AI, automation platforms, and LLM applications in operations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience working with automation and low-code/no-code tools such as Zapier.
• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Ability to take open-ended or ambiguous questions and turn them into structured analyses and actionable solutions.
• Understanding of common analytical frameworks and analysis types, such as A/B testing, retention analysis, and KPI creation.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to question assumptions and identify potential data quality issues.
• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python and/or JavaScript.
• Experience with LLM evaluation or monitoring tools.
• Experience working with AI agents or human-in-the-loop workflows.
