AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative AI solutions using cutting‑edge technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Lead and execute complex AI projects, from problem definition and architecture design to model training, deployment, and evaluation.
• Implement best practices for data management, model development, and testing to ensure high‑quality and reliable solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate AI models for performance, accuracy, and bias.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., data scientists, product managers, engineers) to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research and development.
• Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and developers.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
