Homie.Mx is seeking a skilled remote full-stack developer to join a product studio building live workflow software for client MVPs. You will own end-to-end areas, from Azure SQL migrations to API and React/TypeScript screens, while guiding AI-generated specs and diffs.

You’ll work in a fully remote LATAM role for about 40 hours a week with core hours overlapping the US-based lead developer and product manager. Emphasis on delivering four to five features per sprint in a live environment.

Formación

• 4+ years building full-stack web applications and releasing them to production.
• Experience working in a codebase you didn't write and learning its conventions before changing it.
• Hands-on work on workflow software with approvals, queues or state machines and an audit log/history.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure, including schema design and migrations.
• Daily use of AI coding tools on production work with tests and CI.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Experience delivering in fixed-scope sprints with branches, code review and feature flags.

Responsabilidades

• Build server-side features from the SQL database to the API and UI layers.
• Collaborate with lead developer and product manager to define acceptance criteria for each sprint.
• Review AI-generated diffs and guide merges, ensuring code quality and correctness.
• Own end-to-end areas (e.g., task engine or legacy migration) without breaking live features.
