Job summary

Epam Systems is seeking experienced Product Managers and Product Owners to evaluate and improve AI systems. This contract-based role focuses on analyzing AI-generated content, specifications, and product documentation, with no requirement for prior AI experience.

The position is strictly an evaluation and analysis role, not involved in roadmap ownership, delivery management, or program leadership. Strong PM/PO experience is essential, with remote collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Strong written communication and English fluency.
• Experience creating and reviewing PRDs, specs, acceptance criteria, release notes.
• Ability to evaluate content for technical stakeholders and executives.
• Must work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare AI-generated specifications, release notes, user content, and stakeholder communications.
• Assess content for clarity, accuracy, tone, usefulness, and instruction adherence.
• Provide detailed rationales and actionable feedback for each evaluation.
• Identify content that is fluent but doesn't address the user need.
• Detect factual inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and prompt violations.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers to maintain quality.
