ID90 Travel is seeking a curious Semi-Senior QA Software Engineer to strengthen Hotels product testing. You will perform functional and exploratory testing, validate REST APIs, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure quality across web and mobile features.

The role evolves toward automation, AI-assisted improvements, and broader coverage across teams. Ideal candidates bring hands-on API testing, practical AI use in testing, and strong communication in English.

Formación

• 5+ years in Software QA, including hands-on functional and exploratory testing of web applications.
• Practical API testing experience (Postman) and understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, and client-server basics.
• Ability to execute and diagnose existing automated tests, with willingness to make small changes with support.
• Demonstrated hands-on use of generative AI in testing or technical tasks, including critical validation of results and responsible data handling.
• Clear communication, collaboration, willingness to learn, and English proficiency (intermediate-advanced).

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute functional, exploratory, integration, and regression tests for web and mobile applications, using risk priorities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to clarify requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and defects; communicate progress and blockers promptly.
• Test REST APIs and backend behavior; investigate frontend/backend issues using developer tools, logs, network requests, and API responses; seek guidance on complex problems.
• Participate in cross-team end-to-end testing and help identify what can be validated before full frontend integration.
• Apply AI assistants in everyday testing to explore test ideas, investigate defects, understand technical behavior, and support small automation tasks.
