Job summary

ID90 Travel is seeking a curious, proactive QA Software Engineer to join our Hotels product testing effort. You’ll apply exploratory testing and AI-assisted QA tools to understand behavior, verify features, and validate integrations across web and mobile interfaces.

The role evolves to cover frontend engineering support, automation, and broader QA coverage as product knowledge grows, with a focus on risk-based testing and practical AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software QA with functional and exploratory testing of web apps.
• API testing experience (HTTP/REST) and ability to reproduce defects using developer tools.
• Able to diagnose and modify automated tests with guidance.
• Hands-on use of generative AI in testing.
• Clear written and spoken English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional, exploratory, integration, and regression tests for web and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to clarify requirements, acceptance criteria, and edge cases; report blockers promptly.
• Test REST APIs and backend behavior; investigate frontend/backend issues using developer tools and API responses.
• Participate in cross-team end-to-end testing and help identify what can be validated before full frontend integration.
