Strider is seeking an experienced backend engineer in Argentina to design, build, and maintain integrations with third-party platforms using Node.js and TypeScript. You’ll implement OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, manage tokens, and ensure reliable data synchronization across systems.

You will design resilient distributed architectures and lead AI-assisted development workflows with strong testing and code review discipline.

Formación

• 6+ years of backend development experience.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows (spec-driven development, agentic development, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf).
• Experience reviewing and validating AI-generated code against strong engineering standards.
• Deep understanding of context engineering and task decomposition for coding agents.
• Experience with Express.js and NestJS.
• Experience building and maintaining third-party API integrations.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, REST APIs, webhooks and token lifecycle management.
• Experience with event-driven systems and message queues (AWS SQS), including retries and dead-letter queues.
• Experience with relational databases and ORMs (PostgreSQL, TypeORM).
• Experience with cloud platforms and containers (AWS, Docker).
• Ability to architect resilient distributed systems relying on unreliable third-party APIs.
• Ability to explain AI agents' strengths/limits and production-readiness.
• Proficiency with testing, debugging, code review and PR development.
• Solid knowledge of OOP, SOLID and software design principles.
• Strong communication skills in English, with confidence in direct customer conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and APIs.
• Implement OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect flows, secure token management, webhooks, and data sync.
• Design queue-driven systems with retries, rate limits, partial failures, and backpressure.
• Build scalable backend services with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Create and run comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Review production PRs and identify architectural, security, and performance issues in code.
• Apply modern AI engineering practices to increase development velocity.
• Own complex engineering problems from requirements to production.
• Collaborate with customers, product managers, engineers, and partners to translate requirements into solutions.
