Turnkey Labs, Inc. is seeking experienced Product Managers and Product Owners for a remote, contractor role focused on evaluating and improving AI system-related content.

You will assess AI-generated specifications, release notes, and user-facing material, providing detailed feedback without requiring prior AI experience. The position emphasizes evaluation and analysis, not roadmap ownership, delivery management, or program leadership.

Formación

• Experience as Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Native-level English with strong written communication.
• Experience creating and reviewing documentation such as PRDs, specs, acceptance criteria, release notes, or decision documents.
• Ability to evaluate content for technical stakeholders and end users.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and compare AI-generated specifications, release notes, user-facing content, and stakeholder communications.
• Assess content for clarity, accuracy, tone, usefulness and adherence to instructions.
• Provide detailed rationales and actionable feedback for each evaluation.
• Identify content fluent but not addressing the intended question or user need.
• Detect factual inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and prompt violations.
• Collaborate virtually with project managers and reviewers to maintain quality.
