Job summary

As a QA Coder, you will review AI-generated code, flag issues, score model responses across accuracy and instruction-following, and craft clear programming prompts.

This is a 1099 contract on the Outlier.ai platform. You must be authorized to work in your country of residence.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code: read code from AI models and flag errors or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions like accuracy and instruction following.
• Write computer science prompts to challenge AI models and push coding ability.
