As a QA Coder, you'll review AI-generated code, rate model responses across accuracy and clarity, and write targeted CS prompts to push model performance. This is a freelance 1099 role with pay up to $34/hr plus incentives and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail (grammar, punctuation, style).

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions — accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts that challenge AI models and push coding ability.
