A global IT talent network is seeking an experienced Agentic Elixir Engineer to join its team. In this role, you will work remotely and collaborate directly with clients, specifically focusing on developing high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years specializing in Elixir, and will demonstrate proficiency in designing RESTful web services. Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years in Elixir application development.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful web services and integrating APIs.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or traditional SQL databases.
• Experience using AI engineering tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar systems to accelerate software development.
• Ability to prompt, guide, and review AI-generated code, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows, orchestrating, validating, and integrating model-produced code into larger systems.
• Experience implementing code agents to automate or facilitate software engineering tasks.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
• Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack’s clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
• Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
