Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking an Affiliate Manager to expand partnerships across LATAM for an international iGaming project. You will recruit and support affiliates, optimize campaigns, and drive growth with CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and analytics teams, manage performance metrics, and maintain strong relationships with partners in a fully remote global environment. Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally in iGaming or performance marketing.
• Strong network or portfolio of active affiliates in LATAM preferred.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish/Portuguese helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Monitor affiliate performance using KPIs like FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality.
• Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.

As part of a growing international project within the iGaming industry, we are looking for an Affiliate Manager to help expand and strengthen affiliate partnerships across Latin America.

The Opportunity

Affiliate partnerships play a key role in driving growth across digital products and platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate relationships across LATAM, working closely with internal teams to ensure performance, quality traffic, and sustainable long-term growth.

This position is ideal for someone who already understands the affiliate ecosystem in Latin America , has experience working with performance-based partnerships, and enjoys developing strategic relationships with affiliates and media partners.

What you’ll be doing

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements
• Monitor affiliate performance, focusing on metrics such as FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality
• Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
• Support affiliates with promotional strategies and campaign optimization
• Ensure affiliates operate in line with brand guidelines and compliance requirements
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management , ideally within iGaming, sportsbook, betting, or performance marketing environments
• Solid experience working with LATAM markets
• Existing network or portfolio of active affiliates (SEO affiliates, influencers, media buyers, or traffic partners)
• Strong understanding of affiliate performance models and KPIs
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools
• Ability to manage partnerships, negotiate deals, and drive performance-based growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Spanish or Portuguese as native language is highly preferred
