Nortal is seeking an IAM Developer to design, develop, and implement robust security solutions for managing identities and access across critical systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM platforms, automate workflows, and ensure policy compliance.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on IAM experience with Auth0/Okta/Keycloak, strong OAuth2/OIDC/SSO knowledge, and backend/full-stack skills in Java, .NET, or Node. English proficiency is essential for US client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Hands-on IAM experience with security platforms and identity management.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC/SSO and access governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable IAM solutions including provisioning and access workflows.
• Integrate directories, cloud environments, and applications with IAM platform.
• Configure SSO, MFA, and federated protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Automate user lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, offboarding) with APIs or low-code tools.
• Enforce Least Privilege and RBAC across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and infra teams for audits and privacy.
• Troubleshoot IAM incidents and integration issues.
• Create connectors, scripts, and API integrations; maintain architecture docs.

About the project

Asan IAM Developer,you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust security solutions to protect our organization's digital identities and manage access to critical systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM platforms, automate access workflows, and ensure compliance with security policies, playing a pivotal role in strengthening our overall cybersecurity posture.

Whatyou’lldo

• Design and develop scalable IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, governance, and access management workflows.

• Integrate corporate directories, cloud environments, and third-party applications with the core IAM platform.

• Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federated identity protocols (such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth).

• Automate user lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, and offboarding) using low-code tools, scripting, or APIs to eliminate manual tasks.

• Implement Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP) architectures and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models across the enterprise.

• Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with data privacy regulations and internal audits.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity access management incidents, system bugs, and integration issues.

• Develop custom connectors, scripts, and API integrations to extend the IAM platform’s functionality.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding IAM architectures, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines.

What makes you a great fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ora relatedfield.

• Hands-on IAM experience (Auth0, Okta, Keycloak, Cognito, Entra ID — FusionAuth is a plus).

• Strong understanding of OAuth2 / OIDC / SSO.

• Solid backend/full-stack experience (Java, .NET, or Node).

• Advanced English Level isrequiredfor this role,as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
