Muttdata is a remote-first startup delivering data products and ML solutions. We are hiring a Senior DataOps Engineer to industrialize Databricks as the corporate data platform for a leading financial institution in Argentina.

You will design CI/CD for Databricks, manage IaC for workspaces and security, create reusable templates, and drive observability, SLOs/SLAs, FinOps, and operational procedures across teams.

Competenze

5+ years of experience in Data Platform Engineering, DataOps, DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.
Production experience with Databricks in enterprise environments.
Solid experience with CI/CD and Git.
Hands-on experience with Terraform (or an equivalent Infrastructure as Code tool).
Cloud knowledge: IAM, service principals, secrets management, networking, and infrastructure automation.
Ability to work autonomously, solve complex problems, and define technical standards.
Strong communication skills to work with multiple teams across the organization.
Degree in Engineering, Systems, IT, or related fields.
Technical English.

Mansioni
