Responsibilities

• Promote the company's mission as directed by the Managing Director.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
• Develop SOPs and procedures per EAZA, AZA and WAZA guidelines.
• Oversee scheduling and tracking of Animal Care Department assignments.
