Job summary

IT Enablers Global, a Zoho Premium Partner, seeks an experienced Zoho Developer/Consultant based in Dubai. The role focuses on implementing, customizing, and extending Zoho applications for SME and enterprise clients across the UAE and GCC.

You will translate business requirements into Zoho solutions, build custom functionality, and support clients through implementation and post‑go‑live phases. You will work closely with sales, project management, and technical teams to deliver integrated Zoho

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and customizing Zoho applications.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho One; exposure to Zoho Creator/Books/Desk/Analytics is a plus.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho custom functions.
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and data migration.
• Solid understanding of business processes across sales, finance, operations, or service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client requirements; configure Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and related apps to match workflows.
• Customize modules, layouts, fields, workflows, blueprints, and approvals.
• Build automations with Deluge, workflows, and schedules; develop reports and dashboards.
• Design and build integrations between Zoho and external systems using APIs/webhooks/connectors.
