Job summary

Freight Investor Services in Dubai seeks a seasoned Zoho Developer to design, implement, and optimize Zoho One applications across Operations, Finance, HR, Compliance, Sales, and Management. THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Zoho Developer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications across the Zoho One suite, with a strong focus on Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, integrations, workflow automation, and custom application development. This is a hands‑on technical role requiring an individual who can work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high‑quality applications that improve efficiency across multiple departments including Operations, Finance, HR, Compliance, Sales, and Management.

Responsibilities & Competencies

Zoho Development & Customisation

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within the Zoho One ecosystem.
• Write, test, and optimise complex Deluge scripts and business logic.
• Design and build custom applications using Zoho Creator.
• Develop custom workflows, blueprints, approvals, and automation processes.
• Configure and customise Zoho applications to meet business requirements.
• Manage user permissions, security settings, and application configurations.

Integrations & APIs

• Develop integrations between Zoho applications and third‑party systems.
• Utilise REST APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing integrations.
• Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical user stories.
• Recommend best practices and scalable solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Produce technical documentation and user guides.

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide second and third‑line support for Zoho applications.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve defects promptly.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance before deployment.
• Stay up to date with new Zoho features and product releases.

Requirements

• Knowledge of reporting and dashboard creation within Zoho Analytics.
• Experience with custom portals and customer‑facing applications.
