SEVEN is a premium wellness and fitness brand in Dubai leading the industry in stateoftheart facilities, digital innovation and operational efficiency. Our business runs on Zoho One integrating multiple applications across our CRM, finance, operations and automation workflows. We are looking for an experienced Zoho Administrator to manage, optimise and expand our Zoho ecosystem.
This is an in-house role working directly with our leadership and operations teams to enhance our business processes, automation and data management.
As a Zoho Administrator you will be responsible for managing, maintaining and optimizing our entire Zoho environment. You will play a key role in customizing and integrating Zoho applications, automating workflows and ensuring system stability across all departments.
This role requires a problem solver, technical expert and process driven professional who can bridge business needs with Zoho’s technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Zoho Administration & User Management
- Serve as the primary administrator for Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow etc.)
- Manage user roles, permissions and security settings to ensure data protection and compliance.
- Provide technical support & training to employees on Zoho applications.
System Customization & Automation
- Customize Zoho applications to match business workflows and operational needs.
- Develop custom fields, layouts, blueprints, modules and workflow rules in Zoho CRM.
- Automate manual processes using Zoho Flow, Zoho Deluge scripting and custom functions.
- Maintain API integrations between Zoho and third party applications (payment gateways, POS systems, HR software, etc.)
Reporting & Data Analytics
- Design and manage custom reports, dashboards and analytics to provide insights to management.
- Ensure data integrity by implementing best practices for data imports, cleanup and deduplication.
- Optimize data structure to improve performance and reporting accuracy.
Finance & POS Integration Support
- Ensure seamless integration between Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory and POS systems (e.g. Foodics).
- Work with the finance team to automate financial reporting, tax calculations and reconciliation processes.
System Maintenance & Risk Management
- Perform regular system audits to identify potential performance or security issues.
- Ensure all Zoho licenses, API connections and automation rules are up to date.
- Develop disaster recovery & backup plans for critical Zoho applications.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with department heads (Operations, Finance, Sales, IT) to align Zoho capabilities with business objectives.
- Act as the liaison between SEVEN and Zoho Support for troubleshooting and advanced technical issues.
- Maintain documentation of all Zoho processes, integrations and best practices.
Requirements
Technical Expertise in Zoho Applications
- 5 years of experience managing Zoho One applications.
- Strong hands on experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator and Zoho Analytics.
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting, API integrations and automation workflows.
Business & Process Knowledge
- Experience in business process automation and workflow optimisation.
- Understanding of finance systems and CRM strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of POS system integrations (experience with Foodics is a plus).
Problem Solving & Project Management
- Ability to analyse business needs and translate them into Zoho solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to optimise system performance.
- Experience managing multiple projects from concept to completion.
Communication & Training Abilities
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non technical users.
- Experience conducting Zoho training sessions and user onboarding.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills)
- Zoho Certified Administrator or Zoho Creator Certification.
- Experience with SQL databases and APIs.
- Previous experience in the wellness, fitness or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards for Zoho applications.
