Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of yoga, fitness, and male and female changing areas according to established standards
• Support other fitness instructors and hosts to ensure professional and timely service delivery
• Welcome guests on arrival and departure and explain yoga and fitness area procedures
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding yoga and fitness offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of yoga equipment after each guest use
• Enforce safety rules and regulations related to exercise and recreational activities
• Provide class modifications and alternatives to suit different experience levels
• Plan yoga routines, select appropriate music, and structure movements based on participant abilities
• Teach and demonstrate yoga asanas and proper use of equipment
• Deliver yoga classes in line with Six Senses Spa standards
• Ensure yoga areas and changing rooms are adequately stocked at all times
• Monitor equipment condition and ensure safe usage
• Follow brand service guidelines, performance benchmarks, and guest feedback standards

Ideal Profile

• Recognized Yoga Instructor certification with a minimum of 500 training hours
• Training across multiple disciplines including meditation and pranayama
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with massage therapy knowledge preferred
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role within luxury spas or health clubs
• Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an advantage
• Professional presentation with strong communication and guest engagement skills
