What We’re Looking For

• An internationally recognised Yoga Certification (minimum RYT-200) is preferred.
• Accredited Personal Training qualification (REPs Level 3 or equivalent), with a preference for additional Pilates Certification (Mat or Reformer), adding versatility to FIVE’s premium wellness offering.
• Previous experience in a Hotel, Premium Wellness Studio, or High-Performance Fitness environment will be Advantageous.
• A genuine passion for Wellness, Community Building, and crafting transformative experiences that capture the unmistakable ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads high‑quality Group Yoga Classes in an energising setting, tailoring sessions to varying experience levels while embodying ‘FIVE‑Styled’ wellness excellence.
• Delivers bespoke Personal Training Sessions that align with each Guest’s fitness goals and FIVE’s performance‑driven philosophy, ensuring every session is Results‑Focused and Transformative.
• Supports the development of FIVE’s Signature Wellness Offerings by integrating Yoga, Functional Fitness, and Recovery elements to create holistic experiences.
• Contributes to the growth of an engaged external Membership Community within the hotel area, driving Participation and Loyalty through Authentic connection and motivation.
• Maintains a vibrant, engaging, and brand‑aligned presence both on and off the Gym Floor, radiating enthusiasm, expertise, and the unmistakable Vibe at FIVE.
• Collaborates with the Gym Team to curate Wellness Activations, Special Events, and Brand Partnerships that elevate FIVE’s luxury lifestyle reputation.
