Job summary

Sunreef Yachts is seeking an experienced Interior Engineering Team Leader in the United Arab Emirates. You will lead the interior engineering team, coordinate with designers, production, and purchasing, and ensure interior elements meet quality, design intent, and project schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive yacht interior experience, and a hands-on approach to translate design into production-ready solutions while maintaining collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional yacht industry experience.
• Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of 3D CAD, SolidWorks and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and coordinate the Interior Engineering team.
• Allocate tasks based on project priorities and capabilities.
• Monitor progress, workload, and performance of the team.
• Review 3D models, 2D drawings, and production documents before release.
• Ensure design requirements are translated into feasible, production-ready solutions.
• Maintain communication with interior designers, architects, project managers and other stakeholders.
• Incorporate client and designer requirements into engineering and production processes.
• Provide technical feedback on manufacturability, installation, and materials.
