Job summary

Mediclinic Middle East is seeking a Wound Care Nurse to provide patient-centered nursing care at one of our UAE facilities. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements, while promoting safety and quality of care.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, plus IIWCC or equivalent wound care certification, and at least two years in your home country with wound care experience, including VAC therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• International Interprofessional Wound Care Course (IIWCC) certification or an equivalent internationally recognized wound care qualification.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

To deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation

Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with applicable company risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least two years in own country

Desired: At least three years of recent experience as a Wound Care Nurse

Experience in acute and chronic wound care, including VAC therapies and related advanced wound care practices

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
